1. About PIXML Solutions

These Terms govern use of the PIXML Solutions website (pixml.in) and payments for web development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, and annual maintenance (AMC) services.

2. Services & pricing

Listed package prices are indicative starting amounts: Website Development ₹20,000; E-Commerce Development ₹40,000; Mobile App Development ₹1,20,000; AMC ₹12,000 per year. Final scope and timelines may be confirmed separately in a project agreement or quotation.

3. Advance, EMIs & AMC

For Website, E-Commerce, and Mobile App packages, an advance of 25% of the selected package total is payable online. The remaining balance is payable in two equal EMI instalments as agreed during project delivery. AMC is charged at 100% upfront for the maintenance period. Only one service may be paid for in a single online transaction.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed through CCAvenue. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the displayed “payable now” amount. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.

5. Client responsibilities

Timely provision of content, branding assets, feedback, and access credentials is required to meet delivery schedules. Delays attributable to the client may extend timelines without liability to PIXML.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a project milestone or package, agreed deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in the project agreement. Third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, and APIs remain subject to their own licences.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIXML Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Aggregate liability related to a paid package shall not exceed the amount paid to PIXML for that package.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
